Jerry-Lee and Robin are both very friendly, honest, down to earth people. I never felt pressured and they were content to let me take the lead and decide what I wanted. They seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me find something that I was happy with and felt comfortable with, rather than pressuring me into something that they thought would be a good investment, just for the sake of making a deal. The relationship felt less like a business partnership, and more like a mentorship, with two confident, experienced people helping out a "newbie", as I was a first-time buyer. They were approachable, attentive and patient, and weren't over-burdened with more clients than they could reasonably handle, so I never felt like I was waiting in line for assistance. I was comfortable with their knowledge and experience, and their low-key approach. It was an effective partnership, and it took me only two weeks to find a home I'm very pleased with. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you so much for your enthusiastic assistance in finding the condo we purchased this week. Robin's almost instant turnaround to our requests for listing after listing enabled us to refine our search to something manageable during our house hunting trip. Dear Jerry-Lee and Robin, Thank you for all your help in the sale of my condo, which I've had to manage long distance. My decision to sell was somewhat spur of the moment and it all happened very quickly, but you were there with information, suggestions and help, and you followed through until every last detail was taken care of on completion. When it turned out that my place needed some minor repairs and service, you especially were a great help, immediately offering to coordinate directly with the trades and service people to give them access to my condo, so that the work could be done in a timely manner. You even went back to my place to take pictures of one of the problems areas, so that my plumber could see the problem beforehand and expedite the repairs. Thanks to your generous help with these matters, I didn't have to make any extra trips to the mainland, which would have cost me a lot of time and might have delayed the repairs and possibly the sale. Instead, the service people were able to get in there without delay and you followed up on any outstanding matters. It is my pleasure to write this letter of reference for Robin and Jerry-Lee Allen. We don't live in Vancouver which can make dealing with us somewhat complicated and cumbersome.
